I'm sorry, I would not recommend this firm. Not sure where all these recent positive reviews have come from, either. My experience was terrible. EDIT on 1/5/23 (after business' response to me): Excuse me, you know full well of the issues that we have had with your firm. I find it extraordinary that you trying to deflect from my review by giving the impression that my review as come from someone else. It is genuinely infuriating. You and your firm are very well known around Bristol for being incompetent.

Great service from Kirsty - she was very professional and helped me to understand whats going on and how best to proceed as well as helped to chase other side that has been very slow. Defintely can recommend this firm and Kirsty especially!

I received a very poor service from Swan Craig solicitors. I instructed the firm to deal with defending employment tribunal proceedings (unfair dismissal) that had brought by a former employee of my firm. Ms. Swan had overall conduct of the matter and was variously difficult to reach and would often just ignore my emails. In the end, we missed the deadline for filing a defence and had default judgment entered against us. We subsequently instructed another firm who assisted us in having the default judgment successfully reviewed. We wouldn't have had to incur all that cost, effort, hassle and uncertainty if Ms. Swan had not been so negligent in the conduct of our case in the first place. Very very disappointing. Ms. Swan was so charming when it came to getting our business, but then once she had it the service was awful. Avoid at all costs.
