Fail to represent me the best they can. Fail to adequately advise me. Fail to do basic assessment on injuries. Expect me to take less than 50% of book price for injuries. Still want to take 25% of my compensation. Find another company to manage your accident because these couldn't manage to arrange a night of heavy drinking in a brewery
