        We went with NRG for our property purchase, because Angela Dunlop came highly recommended by the seller's estate agents who had been working with her for years. I'm pleased to say they were not exaggerating and she was excellent. As first time buyers we were were really nervous about the whole process. We'd heard all these horror stories of solicitors being slow and unreachable to the point that it jeopardised the entire transaction. But Angela was quick, efficient, and responsive. Most importantly, she was professional and thorough, and it was just incredibly reassuring to know that we were in safe hands. We got a real sense that she genuinely cares about a job well done.

        Truly appalling service whilst dealing with a very straightforward will. Dreadful communication by a key Partner dealing with our case. After warning the Partners that we would be be taking them to the Legal Ombudsman matters improved. A meeting with their complaints compliance officer prompted a flurry of activity and matters were resolved. Unprofessional.
