Eviction Management Services

Needed to evict my tenant as they could not or would not pay the rent. They were behind by 9 months and had refused access to the house and we damaging the property and allowing refuse to accumulate in the garden. Neighbours were complaining and I even had the council threaten me with legal action because they were dumping rubbish in the garden which was attracting rats . At the hearing the tenants tried to say that I was a bad landlord, did not do repairs and harassed them. If asking for the rent is harassment then yes i was probably guilty of that. Had it not been for Charles and Eviction Management I dont believe we would have got our property back. The tenants solicitors were intent on getting the judge to fix a trial due to them encouraging the tenant to counterclaim. However, due to the detailed preparation and knowledge of the legal process we were able to avoid an adjournment and the claim being further defended ! Well done Charlie we could not have done it without you.

Had difficulty with a nightmare tenant and didnt know where to begin. Charles was reassuring from the outset and secured the outcome that we needed in court. Will have no hesitation in recommending Charles and his company to anyone needing to evict a tenant from their property, he is a life saver.

Great service from the tenant eviction company in Bristol. Was recommended by a close from to give these guys a try as he had used them on a number of occasions in Birmingham and was not disappointed. EMS got the job done professionally and helped to explain things along the way. Thank you EMS we will definitely use your services again if we need to although I hope we dont !.
