Great experience all round - they came up with a fantastic design and the final result looks amazing. They were also very professional to deal with in terms of clear communication and being adaptable to changes that were needed over the course of the project. Would highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Artisan grow over the last year or so and I have to say the quality of the work they produce is first class, their communication is exemplary and I can see why there order book is brimful. If you're looking for a top quality landscaping company look no further.

Never got to use their service however it took over 6 weeks (including 2 chasing emails) for them simply respond to our enquiry to take on our project. Thank you for taking your time to respond to my review. I appreciate things are difficult at present, which is why I sent follow up emails asking for an update. I was happy to wait but wanted to ensure our enquiry had not been forgotten/lost. I was expecting to be able to discuss timelines, budget and services required before deciding if we could work together. Unfortunately I was not afforded the opportunity to discuss anything. I believe this is the area you need to focus on improving as we are fairly flexible with timelines and with the limited information about our project I could see no reason for your office manager to reject the project.
