A year or more on and still the same problems with my car. I bought my car back to sytner land rover bristol a year or so ago thinking that they would fix the problems with the car.(after they had assured me that the problems where fixed with the car) only to find out that they hadn't fixed the windscreen properly. Now whenever it rains water enters the car via the windscreen. I called sytner land rover bristol 3 weeks ago and explained the issues with the car, I was told I'd recived a call back the following day. I'm still awaiting a call back to this day. I spoke to the manager of this branch explaining my on going issues to her, only for her to tell me that I'd have to pay and excess of over 150 for them to do an investigation and an additional payment to cover the windscreen. Surely a company that big should have some kind of records for their customers. By far the worst place I've ever chosen to spend a penny of my money and to anyone buying a car I would NEVER recommend this company.
