        We visited Kibou a few weeks ago for my birthday, and the service was below par, especially for somewhere that's meant to be very respectable. Firstly we ordered 8 cocktails, and they took 30 minutes to arrive. The place wasn't busy at all. We sat down at 7! We then ordered a lot of food and some wine. Strangely food for 8 people, which we were all sharing, came out at once. Most importantly, the food came before our wine, which they had plenty of time to bring. This is poor. When paying 40 for a bottle of wine, you should be enjoying it with your food. The food on its own would get 5/5, but the service really let it all down.
