        Ordered a delivery with deliveroo. The delivery was an hour late and luke warm. A main meal was missed off the order. Called both companies. Neither would accept responsibility and said to contact the other party. Neither company would arrange for the missed meal to be delivered. Very disappointed and very hungry. Would not use again. Update.... refund was received within 3 days from deliveroo for the missed meal after numerous phone calls and emails which was quicker than they said it could be which I do appreciate. However, I would still rather have preferred to have had the missed meal acknowledged and resent ASAP that night.
