All the personnel were very pleasant and eager to make sure everything was ok. The service process was explained thoroughly to me and any problems were pointed out.

Saved from the jaws of defeat by excellent customer service having taken my Jaguar for only its second MOT, I was horrified when it failed as a consequence of a bonnet catch. A catch, which supposedly had been fixed, when I purchased the car a couple of years ago from another dealership. Clearly not. After a couple of telephone discussions with Paige Jones, remember that name, JLR Bristol stepped up and realigned the bonnet, one hours work, and retested. Total cost the MOT. Not partially stressful you may be thinking, but stress is not the friend of a Parkinsons sufferer. Remember Paige? She was a true ambassador for her company. She broke the bad news, managed my expectations, and came up with a fair solution. Thank you, Paige, and thank you Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Bristol for excellent customer service.

Went to Bristol today at Cribbs Causeway and had Fantastic service from the Friendly Welcome, by Reception as having big Problems, with my Keys and the Batteries. Told them the problem as coming up on my Dash board. ' Smart Key Battery Low " They asked me to sit down and wait and they would contact the parts department. I was given Coffee by Miss World, who was on Reception, and then a young man called Billy came down and I told him the Problem. He said he would take them and test them and if necessary REPLACE them. Told him they were new and fitted last week, by a Accessary Shop. He was back in 5 mins and the Job sorted and asked how Much, and he said no Charge Sir as JAGUAR owner and customer. What fantastic service in the time when all people are trashing the Main Agents. Wonderful service and thank You Jaguar and young Billy.
