Bella Italia - Bristol - Cribbs Causeway

Nothing good to say about this place ... Starting from the waitress who didn't seem to understand the order. The food itself was uncooked and not prepared according to the standard that an Italian restaurant should have. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

The food was appalling and hugely overpriced. My macaroni cheese which was meant to be four cheese macaroni was dry, didn't taste of any cheese let alone four. Served in an oval dish it was about a half inch in depth. A handful of macaroni if that. My grandson is a pizza fanatic. I have never seen him leave any of his pizza before. This Bella Italia pizza was horrible. It also didn't taste of cheese. A pizza from the co-op would have been a far better deal, especially as this one was 11.99. This lunch was a treat from my daughter. It was the worst, most disappointing meal we have ever had. Never again Bella Italia. I can't give a single star tbh but to be able to post this I had to give a star..for the waitresses ..

The starters were OK but that's where it went wrong. My fiance had a pasta dish. Hardly any sauce, dry and it looked like it had come out of a microwave. The portion size was very small. My dish sounded lovely but it was just chips with a breaded bit of chicken that again looked like it had come out the microwave. It had cheese grated onto it and shoved on a plate. The cheese wasn't melted. It looked awful and tasted bad. Worst 54 I've spent. Feel like we were ripped off. We won't ever go there again. There's nothing Italian about it. It was hideous. Nobody asked us if our meals were OK so had no opportunity to tell anyone.

Lively on a Tuesday evening, with a good atmosphere, Joe served us quickly with great energy... The food war was timely and perfection.. Thank you.
