I have worked with them for a year and spent a lot building my new website and was told later that my website is not my website but its owned by practiceweb and is built on their platform so if I hire someone else to manage it then I will have to ask them to build website again. I did discuss that initially and was told that I will own the website and will have to stay with practiceweb for a year only and pay them monthly subscription for a year but they changed the statement later and told me that they own the platform so if I have to move then they can give me all content and pictures and I can build my website which is same like building a new website. The website built was ok which can be built by anyone in less than what they charged. I would never recommend them and would recommend using other agencies who dont lie and will built something that you own. I am paying 75% less that what I paid them and the services I am receiving is far more better than what I got from practiceweb.
