Please stay clear of Tickbox. If you desire a high quality responsive website for your business I do not recommend using Tickbox. Tickbox are unable to take constructive criticism and have acted in an extremely unprofessional manner. After not being completely satisfied with the service delivery we gave constructive feedback to try and resolve issues. Shockingly our feedback was met with extreme resistance and the customer service agent took the feedback very personally. Due to the extremely unprofessional customer service skills we have decided to take our needs elsewhere. Tickbox initially offered us a refund however they are now refusing to honour their promise. Luckily due to Tickbox being consistently unprofessional we havent signed a contract and will be taking legal action to resolve this issue. Overall we feel very disappointed and hurt by the actions of this company. We do not recommend Tickbox.

I am very unsatisfied with the unprofessional service that I have received from Tickbox Marketing. Having reviewed the test website I had some changes that I wanted to implement to make the website more responsive for mobile and tablet. Unfortunately, I was met with a combative attitude and was suggested a refund without even attempting to take on the suggestions and amendments. I have received poor customer service and now they have not followed through with the initial statement that they would refund me, instead only offering a partial refund. I would not do business with them again. After being a long-standing customer this is very disappointing and surprising.
