Inna and her team did an amazing job styling and decorating our entire house. Where we would normally have tackled one room at a time Inna came up with a cohesive scheme that transformed the house. From a minecraft themed bedroom with climbing frame and hangng net to a Harry Potter themed room with hanging chair and quidditch brooms all the way to a grown up adults only lounge with cocktail cart and amazing mural wallpaper the whole house looks amazing. Working with Inna is also great, she balanced challenging our views on what would look good to knowing when not to push once we'd made up our mind so we feel like we got a great balance of things we knew we liked and new things we didn't know we were going to like. Lastly, in terms of value, Inna's services were exceptional. She was very hands on, kept our schedule on track, was very responsive to queries and nothing ever felt like it was too much trouble. Add to that the various trade discounts she can secure on lovely furnitute and all in all IH Interiors paid for themselves. It has been great working with IH Interiors. For the last couple of years we have worked together on a number of different projects both commercial & residential and have always been very impressed with the final results. Inna designed the schemes for our lounge, dining room ,study ,snug ,master bedroom ,dressing room , master en suite and hallway. All of these designs we were happy with and she does have a talent for the design elements , however the process and execution of measuring and time management was far more stressful than it needed to be. Her lack of detailed measurements and positional drawings meant that we had sockets that were unusable, Sockets on show despite us specifically asking for them to be hidden behind a television. In the master bedroom we asked for a TV aerial to be moved from one side of the room to the other. There is now a cable in the wall that does nothing , its not a TV aerial ,we have to use a digital receiver to watch TV . Cabinetry in the study wasnt measured correctly and even though we pointed this out to Inna she insisted the size was correct and instructed the cabinet maker to continue ,when the doors opened on the cabinet they hit the large desk in the room , so were unusable at that point.We had to outlay extra cost for the cabinet maker to rectify this problem. Two large show lights in our lounge are too low over the sofa ,we brought this to her attention and we were told that the items were trade and could not be returned , there was no way to view them before purchasing.so we put our trust in her professional view. Numerous family members have hit their heads. Over all we were happy with the design service .Being on site when trades people are working and checking the details are crucial. It seemed at times she had overstretched herself .I recently emailed her about the TV Ariel as we have tried to struggle on with a digital receiver ,the room was completed a while ago and received a blunt reply, and she ignored my last email so no aftercare service.
