If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely appalling service from a Roberto Pol who couldnt even speak correct English. When asked to be referred to a manager, he refused & said we couldnt & said he couldnt tell us why we couldnt! Refused to allow us to put in a claim for tyre insurance that we have been paying for, for nearly 3 years! Absolute disgrace of a companyavoid at all costs!

Made call to cancel policy,was dealt with quickly and politely and was told reimbursement would take about 2 weeks.
