        wouldn't bother taking insurance with this company as they won't pay when your trip gets cancelled as they say a travel voucher from a company in adminstration is acceptable!

        I share the same views as the others here. This company shouldnt be trading. I have held a policy for 3 years and have had to make amy first ever claim due to Covid and I have had no reponse from emails. Have been placed on hold for over 30 mins as they had to transfer my call only to be cut off 3 times now. Will never use this company again

        Awful. Spend their whole time delaying by not responding and then ignoring responses. There behaviour is bullying and cynical. I will be using the Small Claims Court to get my money. Dont waste your time with them.
