    These guys have been insuring our phone system for the past 2 years and 3 months. Not only did we not know about this, the monies for the insurance were hidden and not clear on invoices, but they were insuring something that we had already insured, and were insuring it at the wrong premises..... when i spoke to them about this, their customer services representative...... JUST LAUGHED...... is thats American Style Customer Service, you can sail it down the Mississippi..... Disgraceful.... if i could leave no stars i would
