I'm just about fed up to the back teeth with Avviva and other firms who do not cater for the old pensioners. Many of which are those with the investments, but DONT understand modern technology. Passwords etc are completely confusing. So much so that one feels like withdrawing their funds. Why in the hell don't they make things more easier online for those elderly customers, & not so mystifying. All most OAPs want to do is ask a question. Not be asked a password, or what have you, before being served. Just as if one was in a shop.

I work here an is a lovely building and great facilities. However Im writing this as some of the reviews on here are really making me laugh. People complaining about Aviva! This particular review system is to review Aviva centre not Aviva as a company! Honestly
