I tried to post an item at this post office but had not checked the price. They charged my parcel weighting less than a kilo in a small package, at the rate of a large package at 4.30. Not recommended!

I work at a mental health recovery project and a service user I support bought a tobacco vaping product from the shop. The product was faulty and didn't work at all. We asked for a refund and he palmed us off by advising us to ask the vape company rather than him. I told him that I was aware of my clients consumer rights, and that it was down to the retailer (Him) to provide a refund.He continued to refuse despite my protests that my client was a vulnerable person who lived on a low income and had brought the product in good faith. We both left fuming with my service user 40 pounds out of pocket.
