We were an unusual situation in that we were voluntarily closing our company although it was in profit. We were always dealt with with calmness and endless patience as we asked for the process to be explained and which way it was best to proceed. Additionally it was during Covid-19 lockdown so required the additional fortitude of working solely through computer communications and online video links. This was achieved successfully and at all times confidently.They were always readily available to explain the current position and give estimates over future developments

Looking to liquidate a business was something totally new to me. From the very first email, Jenny from HS Business Recovery put me at ease. The process was thoroughly explained and when we were told by others that there was no chance we would get it completed by the end of the tax year, Jenny and Sarah rose to the challenge and got us across the line in time! I was so very impressed with the teams professionalism and nothing was too much trouble for them.
