We recently moved premises to a factory unit. MJM came out assessed our needs, finding the equipment we needed to set up the factory and get working. The delivery of the equipment was not entirely straight forward but Mike helped with this process throughout giving great advice. I would not hesitate to recommend MJM to anyone else in a similar situation.

Absolutely awful experience with Mike and MJM WoodWorking Machinery. We ordered a New Futura 4 Sided Planer in February 2022, it was eventually delivered in May 2022 after some delays. Mike arrived ill equipped to take our other machine away, we luckily managed to borrow chains to offload from another company onsite. We then found that our new machine hadn't been set up, it was missing cutter blocks, scoring knife and various spacers and had obviously not been tested before use. We then had to wait for the missing parts to be sent, Mike ordered the incorrect parts so we had to wait again for the new parts to be sent. After about a months use, one of the brakes failed, Mike sent an engineer who replaced the brake, the other 3 brakes failed over a period of a month so the same engineer came back to replace the brakes. The replacement brakes then began to fail, we informed Mike however he became increasingly hard to contact, ignoring both phone calls and emails, and we were met on 2 different occasions with him explaining that he was on holiday and he would get back to us when he returns. He continued to ignore all emails. After an extended period Mike eventually agreed to replace the brakes but informed they were on back order, this was September 2022, we are now in March 2023 and haven't heard anything from Mike since January when he simply informed us he was 'on holiday'. Extremely disappointed with the level of service we received and would strongly advise other customers to think before buying from this company, we feel like we have been completely ripped off and wish we had read an honest review like this before committing to the purchase.
