If you've got a small child I would stay away personally, especially when school is closed. Big kids take over the small kids area, with the worst thing being that they dive bomb into the ball pit without looking. I've even seen adults dive bomb the ball pit. I complained about this but the staff didn't care, saying big kids are allowed in if they have smaller siblings. Makes sense, but where is the duty of care!? Maybe a staff member watching over the ball pit? Went again yesterday and a woman I was talking to complained and again the staff didn't care. Little kids are in that ball pit and could be badly hurt. My daughter was a few inches away from being crushed by a kid who was at least 9. Jump have a duty of care and will get sued if a child is injured. This is a shame, as if I didn't feel scared for my daughter, then I'd rate this place highly.
