Order was friendly, very good English. When I got there, extremely friendly staff. Then when I got home and eat the curry it was outstanding. Really good please try this place

2nd time after missing orders and refusing to deliver, they say add to the next but dont fulfil! Used to be out go to, sadly will go elsewhere.

First of all, the food came late then apparently we received a completely different order after trying some of that food and then we realised it wasn't what we ordered, we rang said this is not the right order, after some time they came again asking back for the mistaken order, I was like I had some food already from that coz I didn't know at first and the driver said that's fine I take all back... at that point we were discussed about it and decided put everythingback from our plates. So we received our food eventually but again, we suppose to have 4 containers with food but received only 3. We rang again politely for the 3rd time asking we are missing this container, guy on the phone was rude pretending speaking bad English and said eventually the container is on its way. Guess what we never got it, we end up eating dry rice . We rang to make a complaint and get refund but they couldn't do it. Definitely one of the worst services. Now the next morning my stomach hurts, I'm definitely taking this further. Came late, delivered wrong food, disgusting service the driver was taking back the food knowing that's already been tasted. Then we never got out 4th container then we didn't get refund what can i say - Disgusting, never again.

My experience over the years has been good....Raj is my go to curry place ! Great tasty food. Open kitchen (clean and shiny with nothing hidden ). ..I'll be using them again. . Ed. Oct22. First take away for a while.... very disappointed, THAT I HADN'T ORDERED LATELY! Veg vindaloo spot on, biriyani very nice , no complaints here.....
