Jam Inns Ice Delivery

Ice machines are the bane of my life, Im area manager for a restaurant chain in Bristol & Bath & last year we had 5 sites with machines down. These guys never let us down all last summer & yesterday I had a call from two of my Bristol managers saying machines down again pre bank holiday weekend. Dropped Jam Inns an email & both sites have got ice this morning. They literally are an emergency service for our business. Brilliant company not even sure what we would do without them.

Used Jam Inns Ice for our Easter event, service was very good, ice was great& love the fact they produce the ice from solar now that's reallyimpressive. Good company to work with.

Bad service, sadly. Looking back through these reviews it seems there is a history of these guys having a run-in with clients, and they leave a long ranting response about how it was all the fault of the client and not theirs at all. They will probably say the same this time. The ice is great but delivery is always late and the driver was rude. Our office manager was shocked at his language, and they sent a highly unprofessional email afterwards as well. Sadly we cannot recommend this company, but we wish them well.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Absolutely saved our event yesterday. We had a festival down in Devon & another supplier cancelled a 6 tonne order on us on Friday. This left us totally screwed as we had booked it back in April. We contacted Jam Inns Friday evening & although we were outside there delivery area they were brilliant. They allowed us to send up a lorry to there Bristol factory out of hours Saturday morning & arranged people to be onsite to do a collection. They totally saved our event we had a huge beach party, hot day & we were using ice in big dump bins to cool all cans. If these guys hadnt let us do the collection our event would've been ruined. The ice was excellent & our lorry driver Dave said your guys at the factory sat him down with a coffee & a pastry while they forked all the pallets on. We do the event every summer & although we are not in Jam Inns delivery area we would love to use you guys again & work out a collection order. Fantastic service, great quality ice, saved our event.
