Really gone down hill, We placed our order and they forgot it and we were waiting there for ages and the milkshakes were thin and not much taste. And they ran out of waffles in a waffle shop.Need to up your game especially in such a competitive Bristol market

Awful service today, waited over 40 minutes for our food, then had to go up and ask when it would be ready, theyd forgotten! Then once our mains came out, I had to go and ask for the waffle which we had originally ordered, theyd forgotten about this and about our glasses of water, the quality of the food wasnt great either. The place seemed understaffed with no manager, such a shame.

Lovely coffee, really nice decor inside, the food was nice but nothing special and took a little while to come out but the ice cream is lovely and the staff are very friendly. Overall a lively spot to sit and have a drink
