Steph offers a professional and friendly service. She is a great hypnotherapist. With her relaxation techniques in mind and a new found sense of empowerment, I was able to overcome my fear of insects through a series of sessions. My jungle trip was amazing rather than terrifying! Steph helped me overcome my fear of flying, and to generally improve my mindset and reduce anxiety. After each session I come out feeling both relaxed and excited for the week ahead. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy has really changed my life and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I was nervous at first, but she explained the process and what each session would help me achieve, and really put my mind at ease helping me to understand what was happening in my brain. Steph integrates some different tasks into her sessions too which have been beneficial long term. I love the positivity of this therapy and feel equipped now to go out there any really make the most of my life!
