        Sophie is Brilliant. Im quite a highly stressed person, but I didnt realise I was carrying around so much baggage. Im also not the best talker in the world. Sophie puts you at as ease right from the get go. She taught me some great techniques to reduce my mental load and keep my stress levels to a minimum. Most importantly, Sophie goes to great lengths to really figure out how best to help your situation. I swear by her.

        After having covid I was revisited by some particularly ugly demons from my past which was acute and completely overwhelming. A short time into my first session with Shophie I knew I was in the right place. Trust was established very quickly and I felt completely safe in her care. She has helped me light up a very dark place and I am extremely grateful. I would recommend her to anyone.
