        I just can't thank these beautiful people enough for allowing me to come along to some of their classes. All the instructors are so welcoming and each class has such a loving gentle atmosphere. Definitely recommend them!!

        We did the hypnobirthing course with Emma. I really wanted to have every tool possible in my kit when it came to my first pregnancy and first labour. Im very impressed with the course, it gave us so much knowledge and clarity. Im no longer fearful and apprehensive, but calm and confident. Thank you Emma

        Both pregnancy and mum and baby yoga with Vivian and Emma have been just amazing over the past year! The relaxed and welcoming sessions have given me a space to not only do a bit of yoga but also the chance to think about and share how things are going, without any judgement. The mums I have met at the sessions are inspiring and it's been a great to have built up our mum and baby tribe and seeing everyone grow
