        We live where there's a communal underfloor heating system. Whenever there's been a fault within our apartment, the attending mechanic from Invictus has been polite, friendly and responsive. We've only ever had to wait a while for a repair and that, like many other aspects of 21st Century Life, was because the part had to be ordered in from abroad - likely to have been more complex since UK left the EU (although I'm no expert). I do know that having this support of an efficient and caring team means the world to a building where older less mobile people are resident. Thank you All Service: Heating system maintenance

        Knowledgeable "Ben" arrived at 08:30hrs as arranged with ""Invictus". He replaced a faulty diverter valve then a new programmer at my request. Ben then conducted a thorough test and service of my Vailant boiler. Ben's work was tidy effective and timely, leaving no unwanted trace of his visit. I recommend the quality of the service provided by Invictus. Service: Heating system maintenance
