The issues we are having in the apartment are Noises like footsteps people taking shower flashing toilet we hear all those Noises, is being Build up so poorly I even had my Neighbor Knocking my Door telling me to turn my Alarm off as my Alarm waking her Shocking...
We Have recently Reported to Wainhomes and contractor Manager name Nat came to visit and he didn't care less it was like yeah we have our Money now so deal with all the Noises now..
We believe there's no enough insulation in the apartment so Basically the apartment being Build up with out Insulation as they don't want to spend to much money on their apartment...
I wish someone would of advice me this before I Bought this apartments...
Please please be careful when you buy apartment from Wainhomes I don't want you to be Disappointed like I have...

So I read all the reviews of the work that was done up North for new build house buyers and was hesitant to say the least. However, I ignored all of my gut feelings and proceeded to buy an end of terrace 3 bedroom house with garage and 2 parking spaces.
Cheryl, the Sales Executive, made everything very easy and about as fun as possible. Sam, the Site Manager, has been on site since it began and is still here now as I type this having lived in the house a while - one of the biggest issues with the Northern projects.
Had a few snags after month 1, but literally 5 or 6, and Sam the Site Manager ensured these were attended to quickly and conveniently. None of them were major issues anyway so it was quite a relaxed process (shower screen sat too high, door latch was a bit stiff, bedroom door didn't quite latch, kitchen cupboard hinge needed adjusting)... really small things in the grand scheme of things, but easier to let the pro's adjust them than tackle it myself.
Figured I should leaved a review as you read so many negative reviews online, but when people are happy with a product, the reviews tend to get forgotten, so hopefully this can cut through a lot of the negativity surrounding the Wainhomes brand as a whole!
