This housing association has no respect for disabled people in my view. Management do not wish to know about any problems that may occur at your property. They often make it very difficult to even talk by raising their voice and putting you down is one of the tactics they use. When you write a complaint letter they do not even reply to the issues you write. Instead they just write the basics he called on this day we came out on that day. They're not willing to say they are at fort as they're unable to apologise. if you take anything through the complaints procedure they make it as difficult as possible for a person to go anywhere with it. When a MP and a mayor plus other highly educated charity workers can all see there's an issue do that's unfair it's amazing when when Habinteg management cannot see what others do. It's like they are blind to the facts that they must not say anything that they have to apologise . They deliberately obstruct with defiance even making their self seem silly. As my MP said they are the most silly housing associations I've ever had to come across. No wonder they had so many high executives leave the job ,they only seem to last one year before they must leave to get out of the way of lower management I wonder why. ?
