        Used to be a decent Housing Association. Then they moved and they don't even give local numbers to the peasants to call anymore. Just an always busy national call centre. Hardly a landlord. Edit: Now the only number, a premium number, doesn't even work for mobiles. I need a landline. Absolute scammers. Someone keeps crapping on my doorstep

        Worst company on earth. Zero organisation and communication skills. They show up without appt, they don't show up when they have an appointment and you have to wait 5h for nothing ! Everytime you ask something, the person you speak to can never help and will ask a colleague to get back to you, and they don't. They are a nightmare. I have never seen such poor service of my life!

        Properties are of a very low standard, for example single glazed rotten windows, leaking roofs, ancient kitchens, terrible wet walls so mold is a serious issue in the winter, cheap boilers that are ineffective. I could go on. Nevertheless the staff are really friendly and helpful so one star given for good staff and one for rent, which is reasonable for this area.

        0 STARS! Poor management, poor upper management! They dont care about the people, not one bit! Left me in a flat flooded in sewage No heating, blown windows and constant depreciating mental health. Avoid this company if you value your life and your personality as mine has been viciously sucked from my body. (Including my soul). Also, they cant even turn up to appointments at the right time when they know you need surgery AND WHEN THEY KNOW ITS BREACHING MY HUMAN RIGHTS . Avoid them or feel like killing yourself DAILY
