        I signed up for an initial three month contract in Bristol and a cleaner was sourced for my family, with glowing credentials apparently. The cleaner did not turn up twice: once with car trouble (of course forgivable, these things happen - but she gave me 5 mins notice) and once because she said she couldnt find my house - she didnt call me for help, just went home. After three weeks of waiting for a cleaning my service, I eventually cancelled the contract and was charged 25 admin fee. Overall I was not impressed with the service and the business model did not work for my familys needs in this instance.

        Great to start with but after I noted my unhappiness with the current cleaner I was told a new cleaner would be in touch. That didn't happen and my direct debit was cancelled without contact to myself about the situation.
