    We stayed in Your Apartment Clifton Village on our visit to Bristol. The place was very easy to find and the instructions to check-in were very straightforward. We appreciated the decor and the overall design and feel of the room we stayed in. The location is also very good as there is a Tesco close by and if you walk a little bit more there is also a coop nearby. For short-term stays i highly recommend Your Apartment but for long-term i don't think I can as their laundry machine and drying machine were not the best. It took us a whole day just to wash and dry a small batch of clothes.

    Car parking confirmed weeks before travel but then not available. Room advertised as 1 bedroom apartment with words "separate living area" in advert, but it was a studio. Room advertised as having a bath / shower combination but it was only a shower so we couldn't wash our 6 week old baby. Arrived at 5pm to these issues but no one would answer telephone or reply to my email, tried to book elsewhere but nowhere was available so we stayed. Expedia contacted hotel but no reply. We were told to wait for a response but we never got one. Now my credit card company are saying we can't get a refund as we stayed there. What else were we supposed to do at 5pm with a 6 week old baby and no alternative accommodation on a cold December night? Disgusting service. SCAM. DO NOT USE.
