The Rosa Burden Center

I stayed at The RBC last night 30th November 2022. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, caring, attentive and helpful. Excellent bedside manners, can't fault them. Went in for a sleep study and was informed every step of the way as to what was happening and why. Thank you for looking after me xx Kelly Sheppard xx

I have been treated appallingly by Rosa Burden Centre. Ive been told I was a did not attend even though I was soeaking to the consultant for an hour. Since then, its all gone to pot. No-one called when my phone appointment was due. An hour later, I called them, to be told the doctor had finished clinic and gone home. Ive been waiting for almost a year, since the first successful video call, since then Ive been treated like a bit of dirt. Made to believe its all my fault. None of their referrals or promises are done. I try to always see the positives, but cant find any. Disgusting.

Excellent and perfect staff very understanding and extremely informed and high standard of care and understood that the complex issues I deal with daily are not anything other than this and were very helpful in making me feel reassured that I am not epileptic at all, of which is good to know in my circumstances indeed; thanks loads ever so much and I'm especially grateful for drs here to who are ultra amazing and outstanding going above and beyond when necessary and extremely informed and helpful and reassuring indeed! I'm super happy to come here for my next appointment and I had my last check up at frenchay hospital when it was open 12 ish years ago, which was excellent then too, so it's only improved over the years!!!!! Well done Rosa burden centre!!! Keep up the amazing outstanding work!!! Take care and best wishes for the year ahead and for the future also! My experience from yesterday was degafu after 1 hour drive just to spend 15 minutes with them how can thay say that there is nothing can do i wood not recommended them to eney 1
