My son has been in this unit for just over ten months . All the staff Have been tremendously kind, and caring, toward my son. Also our family. We will always be grateful to everyone on Elm building and also Beech . Thank you all so much.

shocking! truly shocking. all i can small is cigaret smoke and vapin in my brothers bedroom. it's supposed to be a non smoking place but all the bins have butts in them

My mother hates the food!!! There's no onsite chef, just reheated frozen food. No raw foods. No fresh leafy greens. No quality fats or oils. Little fruit. No explanation about the quality. The choice of greens are just peas, broccoli and green beans. Mashed potatoes, boiled, diced or croquettes. Carrots or beans. Puddings, ice-cream (chocolate or strawberry), yoghurt (raspberry) or cheese (cheddar) and crackers. Fish is almost always heavily battered. My mother is so glad she's out of here.
