        Visited the clinic for a check up, staff were so lovely and reassuring. Took the time to listen to me and explain what things were. Saw reviews on here, others had a similar experience, so you guys are doing something right!

        Brilliant and helpful staff, considerate approach. The referral process took longer than I was advised it would (5 weeks rather than 2 - still way better than other things I've had to wait for! ) and they didn't tell me where the appointment would be, how long I could anticipate it taking etc (for arranging transport and taking time off work) I had to ask - which isn't a problem but I would have thought that would have been considered in the process? Anyway, overall a very good service.
