        I have worked for Agincare for 10 years. It is the best place to work. I have lovely managers, who fully support me and are very interested in my career development. I have been promoted 3 times since I have been working for Agincare and thoroughly love my job. I never have one day the same and enjoy the challenges that occur now and again. I have a fantastic team of care staff who do a marvellous job. They have kept going throughout the pandemic and always with a smile on their face. Seeing a carer with a smile on their face gives the service users in our care a boost as many of them have not been able to see loved ones. All the service users we support are lovely, friendly and appreciate the work that our care staff do. Well done Agincare, your the best. Debbie Swatton
