Pro Construct

Pro Construct fitted a beautiful solid oak floor in our last property, renovated our windows and fixed our leaks in the bathroom. We were so happy with the service that, when we sold our old property in Redland and brought a run down property in lower Knowle/Totterdown in November 2016 , we didn't hesitate in contracting them for the renovation. Tim oversaw the entire project and poured his heart and soul into it on our behalf. He really went above and beyond and transformed our house from an old run wreck into our dream home. The finish is exceptional and the pride taken in every aspect of the craftsman is self evident. We're two very busy professionals and needed an experienced, trustworthy professional like Tim to project manage from start to finish, regardless of the pitfalls. We would highly recommend Pro Construct.

Pro Construct have been looking after two of my rental properties since 2014. I would definitely recommend their services. I now live in Devon and it is so reassuring that I have a company that I can trust to take care of any problems. During this time they have fixed all the small problems, modernised one of the bathrooms and replaced the roof on one of the properties. They are currently working on my other property fitting a new bathroom, repairing the external lime render and painting the house with a lime wash. I used to be a builder myself and the house they are now working on was one that I restored from the ground up. That makes me all the more critical when it comes to choosing and using a contractor. Pro Construct, headed up by Tim, not only meet my expectations - they exceed them again and again. I know that the job they do will be carried out with as much or more care than if I were doing it, and that is especially crucial as I am a fair distance away from the sites. They have easily dealt with a wide variety of challenges: small works, large works, dealing with council representatives, pulling in specialist trades when needed and I know that the work will be carried out to a high standard and the finish excellent. Their quotes and framework of working are very clear and easy to understand. Work is clearly quoted for and the quote written in easy to understand English - no hidden small print to trip you up at all - as we go they contact me and we agree the way ahead for any extras which may fall outside of the quote. Their charging structure is just how it should be: clear, fair, transparent. Pro Construct is a family run business and as far as I understand most of their customers are, like me, regular long term clients. Not that I do not think they will take on one-off projects, I am just saying that you cannot maintain long term business relationships like that without a deep trust between both parties. Once you find a contractor like Pro Construct you hold on to them because companies like this are few and far between. I would definitely recommend Pro Construct to anyone looking for a quality, trustworthy builder.

Tim carried out a bathroom conversion and other jobs at our place and was extremely diligent in his work, up front, honest, easy to deal with and fairly priced. I would happily recommend him to friends and family.
