Really enjoyed the herbal walk with Giacomo. Learnt lots of interesting things about plant properties and how to prepare them. He was very approachable and knowledgeable.

Giacomo gave me the best massage/physiology treatment I have ever had (Having played and coached sport for over 50 years I have had a lot of treatment!!!) I have a problem with tenderness and stiffness in my shoulder caused by throwing balls as part of my job. He knew exactly which major and minor muscles to treat and was very specific in the pressure applied to those muscles even down to the different parts of the muscle groups. He used dry cups on these areas to increase the blood flow to them; very useful and specific! He gave my posture a full examination before starting treatment. He noted the relevant areas on the anatomical diagrams on his iPad and then used a 3D version to explain where he had massaged me during the treatment. His explanations were clear and simple throughout. He gave me 3 exercises to do each day until our next appointment; these are designed to improve the shoulder further. A very impressive and professional young man who I would recommend to anyone!!! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
