Attended Sylvies Alexander Technique workshop this week, it was an eye opener, the group was very open and we had a few laughs, which was not what I was expecting at all. I have suffered with Chronic back pain since adolescence and what Sylive achieved with a few minutes of treatment far exceeded any other treatment I have had, and I have had a lot. You have to try it to believe it, the effect was just totally wired and completely pain free. I look forward to learning a lot more about the Alexander Technique.

I cannot rate sylvie high enough! Instantly she made me feel welcome and settled me in for my facial reflexology (something I've never tried before, only had the traditional foot reflexology) it was the most amazing sensation as I felt different parts of my body tingling as she massaged my face. I later learnt this was because she was stimulating certain points. I would definitely recommend sylvie and anyone to try facial reflexology. Hoping to book with her again soon.
