Dr happily talked through my condition, made recommendations and observations, answered all my questions. Can't comment on treatment as not needed just yet but won't hesitate to contact them again if my condition progresses.

The easily joined Zoom consultation, expanded the previously provided medical history. The visual examination enabled Dr Shaffer to determine and explain the progression of the disease thus far, the potential for and appropriateness of available treatments for my respective hands at their differing stages of development. Awareness that early intervention may avoid invasive surgery later, certainly made good sense. All aspects, effects, stages, timetable and expectations from each treatment were explored. Clear, concise and recommended. Peter Pearce, Devon.
