        The staff is very professional and friendly. They take the time to listen your hair preferences and likes and help you to decide between your options in case you are not sure. They will always explain what they are doing and can give you some advice regarding the type of cut, colour... They will also tell you when booking an appointment (if asked), how much will it cost the process, so you can have an idea of how much you will need to pay on the day. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
