I have been meaning to write a review for sometime as was super disappointed after spending 500 on a hair piece ( designed for ladies with thinning hair ). Firstly Lorraine was super hard to get hold of and when I arrived for at least two appointment she was not there and told me after she was not there and forgot totally unprofessional and she didnt care at all ! But my main upset was the hair . I genuinely cannot use it as its such bad quality and clearly not new Mine was meant to be brown but itd obvious it was blonde and has been dyed over - meaning she lied about ordering me my colour. This maybe being part of reason it was so hard to get a brush through , washing and conditioning only made it worse. I messaged Lorraine to say how unmanageable it was virtually after a few weeks and she didnt really care ,or suggest any help , I was actually afraid to even suggest it was bad but its right that people know her service is terrible and product even worse. How bad is it to suggest you can do partings for ladies with hair issues and give them a hair piece thats completely unsustainable and bad quality hair , 500 is not cheap at all . I feel taken for a fool !! Massive let down & im gutted at the hair Ive bought that Ive never been able to wear . I wore it twice before I had this issue & Ive been buying hair extensions for over 20 years- this Id not normal . I also never complain , Ive also heard terrible other stories of her treatment to other customers and ruining their hair , Lorraine died not care at all unless she is making a profit , thats how it seems. Absolutely stunning! The best place in Bristol for hair care and hair extensions. It's indeed the best thing happened to my hair:) Thanks to Lorraine they look like from a fancy magazine,very smooth and healthy. Multiple compliments from everyone, so this is the place I'm going to spend my money, as it's totally worth it!
