I rang for an appointment Saturday morning and they fitted me in at 2pm the same day. Never been here before, but highly recommend it. The ladies were exceptionally friendly, compassionate and patient with a very anxious customer suffering from Trichotillomania (Pulling out their hair due to stress). No judgment just kindness and understanding! They suggested a dry cut and offered me different options, showing me with a rear mirror what may look like afterwards. (I'm not one who usually has hair done professionally, it's not been a pleasant experience for me in the past). I felt so unjudged here and the owner who was cutting my hair was knowledgeable of my condition and gave me positive steps and advice for a better future. I will go back again. Thank you so much!
