It was my first time here and I am so impressed by the welcome and service I have received. I have slight salon-phobia due to continuous failures from other stylists at different salons, but I can not fault this place. I had my hair done by Phoebe and her attention to detail was amazing right from the cut all the way to the blow dry and finish. Thank you for such an amazing experience x Services: Blowdry, Shampoo & conditioning, Hairstyling, Blowouts

Had a wonderful haircut by Gemma. All the staff are lovely and Gemma did an excellent job at cutting and styling my hair. The layers and bangs are perfect. The salon has a nice and relaxing feel to it too, Ill definitely be going back :-)

Made a booking online and my review is purely based on the bookong experience. I got ill after a few days and called the venue to cancel 44 hrs before my appointment (vs 48hrs in the policy), which in my opinion is still perfectly sensible to do as it will still give the venue plenty of time to get other bookings for that same time!!! The lady that answeed the phone started challenging how ill I was ... when i said what the problem was i was told "you didnt say that at the beginning". I shouldnt really explain all the reason why i cant leave the house! Dealing with high temperature, cough etc is bad enough, do i really need to detail all my symptoms to you? - these people really show no empathy! Also I am doing you a favour by being considerate and staying home! Unless you want all your staff to call in sick the next day....but lets not dwell into this. Long story short, I am not getting my deposit back. I wasn't even given an option to reschdule, not that I wanted to after realising their courtesy is another level of fake. Not a biggie as it was 13 and I am really not going to lose any sleep on it, however the principle is just wrong, especially given cost of living etc. Not sure if I should include a cover for hairdresser cancellations in my insurance? Sounds like we are getting there. Also I wish I could just get money out of my clients without working for it - wouldnt really be able to do that in my job because it is wrong! So a big no from me and would suggest to stay away if you can!
