        I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went in for a full head of highlights and left with my roots looking basically the same as I went in. I went back to speak to the stylist who was pretty rude about it but did book me in to have my hair done again, when I went back he made it so awkward for me that I left without having anything done. He didnt take any responsibility for his mistake and make me feel awful. Avoid. Service: Hair coloring

        This is the first time I've been to this salon and had a great experience! I'd been bleaching my own hair for around 6 months leading up to this appointment and had about 10 weeks of regrowth, so I had my roots touched up plus an Olaplex treatment, toner and cut. My hair was really uneven when I arrived (I wasn't great at bleaching it myself!) but Sian really made the effort to even out the colour and I left the salon really pleased with the result. Will be back in a couple of months for my next appointment! Thanks Sian! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
