Extremely Disappointed Booked an appointment for hair colour, answered multi questions, went in for a patch test, and on the day of appointment , was refused service by Shanice (manager) as my hair have been chemically treated before and she cant take the risk. This consultation should have been prior to the appointment.. I wasted 2 days coming down to the salon and rescheduled work, I had a trip coming up in 2 days and any other salon would not take an appointment at such short notice, but Shanice refused to understand and kept going like a broken record that she cant do it (which I understand) being absolutely unapologetic for wasting someones time (which is beyond my understanding as this was Reflections and no local salon) Oh and by the way .. I did manage to get my hair done at another amazing salon down the street who booked me in, did my strand test like actual professionals and my hair are healthy as ever so now I am wondering if the rejection to do service actually came from a place of concern or whether it was because I have black long, thick Indian hair which need a lot of product, energy, effort and time that the manager just did not want to invest! Anyways, due to absolute lack of respect for a customers time, would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

Had a cut and blow dry here this week and really happy with result! Staff were lovely, very consultative about what i was after, and came out exactly as i hoped. Would recommend for sure!
