        They told me to stand up in order to cut my hair. When my hair was only chest length. They request to pay upfront and when they messed up your hair, they wont refund a single penny and claim To be honest, I dont see anything wrong with your hair. Everyone I know that met me in real life pointed out how bad the haircut was afterwards, so Im not imagining things.

        Amazing customer service, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly! After spending years with the same dull hair colour. I am so happy with how Elena has transformed my hair with the help of Sam . I have already booked in another appointment @ HBB City Centre Styling to have my brows microbladed (They offer so many different services!). Overall, I am very happy with the whole service. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
