I had an appointment but when I got there they didn't seem interested and just left me waiting for nearly 15 minutes, no apologies offered. I just didn't feel any confidence in the place. There's no waiting area so I was left waiting with my head inside a dryer! They clearly aren't that interested in new customers at all, I didn't feel welcome and so just walked out. Glad I did, I won't be going back. Looks like they need a makeover as the place is scruffy and the staff don't care if you're there or not. Service: Hairstyling
