I got married on the 8th of December and what can I say Amelia Carmela was nothing but amazing. From the first conversation it was like talking to a friend. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the trail and on the day. I dont often feel beautiful but she made me feel so. She touched my hair up just before I was due to go to the ceremony room. Check her work out in her Facebook page her work speaks for itself. I wanted to have someone who had worked with two brides before. The reason for this. Timing ! I knew this would be a massive headache however she knew my worries and concerns and she helped create a timeline that was flexible. The other factor I was facing is that we lived 2 hours away from the venue and all the vendors, I had many changed in the months running up to the day. And she made everything feel like a breeze. Amelia did the hair and makeup for my wedding, for both myself and my bridesmaids. She did a fantastic job at getting a natural look for my makeup and working with me to find a hairstyle that allowed the back of my dress to stay visible. The makeup stayed perfect all day and the hair only needed a few touch-ups in the evening to keep it in shape. My bridesmaids all looked beautiful and were really happy with their looks, which were a mix of down and up-dos. Amelia is so friendly and easy to get on with, and was a very relaxing presence whilst we were getting ready. I would highly recommend Amelia for anyone looking for both bridal hair and makeup!

Amelia was my MUA for my wedding and was amazing. Myself and my bridesmaids loved how we looked for the big day! Patient, lovely and a friend to you on the day, as well as being a wonder with makeup. Would highly recommend!

Amelia did my hair and make up on my wedding day and also did the hair for my three bridesmaids and mother-in-law. It was so lovely meeting her and I had the best experience! I was recommended her by a friend who gets her hair done with her and I'm so glad I was able to book her. I had some trouble with my hair and making booking previous to Amelia, so I was starting to stress about securing someone. She was super prompt and her communication was great. In general, Amelia put up with my stressing so well! We had a trial a month before and I even came away with some new products. Amelia was very attentive to what I wanted and nailed the dewy skin and made my eyes pop. She was also really helpful in making my thin, limp hair hold a curl and look voluminous for the big day. I had never worn false lashes or hair extensions before but she knew the brief was very natural and relaxed and she did this perfectly. I felt like myself, but also looking my best. My make up lasted all day in a heatwave and with lots of happy crying! She also made me feel so at ease on the day and did so well in the heat, with various kids wanting to see what she was up to and a stream of family members coming in and out!
